Our offer includes high-quality wet food for dogs and cats, manufactured in a modern machinery park using advanced technologies. We are also one of the largest producers of natural dried dog chews in Europe.
We prepare wet food with focus on raw material quality and balanced recipes, while our chews are dried rather than smoked, preserving their flavor, aroma, and nutritional value. The entire process takes place under veterinary supervision, in accordance with GHP and GMP principles. We operate both in Poland and internationally.

start
Company founding
Petmex Company was established on December 18, 2014. Our first headquarters and production facility were located at 6A Zakopiańska Street in Mszana Dolna. It was there that our first natural dog chews were created – products that now enjoy immense popularity in the pet food market.
Back then, we did not yet own warehouses. We had to rent storage space in various locations, which hindered smooth collaboration between the company’s individual departments.
2015
Expansion into foreign markets
From the very beginning of our activity, we have focused on exports and dynamic development. Over the years, we have participated in numerous domestic and international trade fairs, which allowed us to establish fruitful partnerships with many companies across Europe. This contributed significantly to our growth and opening up to new markets.
2021
Launch of the new production plant
In 2021, we moved to our new headquarters in Polanka. A larger space, modern equipment, and a better-equipped facility enabled us to increase our production capacity. All departments could now collaborate much more efficiently—we truly became one team. Today, we continue to expand our product portfolio and open up to new international markets.
2023
Opening of a modern warehouse facility
In 2022, we obtained the second Support Decision issued by the Krakow Technology Park and began the construction of a new warehouse building. This initiative marked a significant milestone for the company, allowing us to further boost our production capacity. Construction was successfully completed at the end of 2023.

Launch of wet food production

Expanding our product range represents another major step in the company’s development and confirms our commitment to delivering top-quality products. Thanks to modern manufacturing solutions and strict adherence to the highest quality standards, we offer wet food that meets the requirements of both domestic and international clients.

The foundations of our activity
The mission of our company is to meet the needs and expectations of consumers in terms of the appropriate quality and health safety of products manufactured in our facility. We achieve this goal by implementing principles and management systems designed to ensure the health safety of our products.
We also want to contribute to improving animal welfare. By producing natural chews and wet food, we provide dogs and cats with products that support their health. We also support our four-legged friends through cooperation with the Na Psim Ogonie Foundation, which helps homeless animals throughout Poland.
