\nThe project began in December 2021, and 20 companies from Ma\u0142opolska qualified for it. It was a pilot project aimed at raising awareness of age and diversity management among employers in Ma\u0142opolska. “Bonus for Business” was organised by the Regional Labour Office in Krak\u00f3w as part of a competition announced by the Ministry of Development, Labour and Technology for the implementation of pilot programmes titled “A New Outlook – New Opportunities” for 2021-2022, under the “Plan for Work and Development” programme, financed from the Labour Fund. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nPetmex Company received training and advisory support in the form of individual consulting on diagnosing and analysing the company’s situation and developing an Age Management Strategy. Invaluable help in this respect came from Ms Ma\u0142gorzata P\u0119kalska, who very precisely identified all the company’s needs and built an action strategy for it.\n<\/p>\n

\nAs part of the project, training on age and diversity management was also organised at the company’s headquarters, led by business trainer Mr Marek Pietkiewicz. This training was aimed at management and employees in strategic positions. Additionally, our staff took part in a series of online meetings and consultations with HR specialists: Ms Sylwia Siejka and Ms Alina Wi\u0119ckowska Pyrtek. Everything was overseen by the reliable staff of the Regional Labour Office, Mr Marcin Krzowski and Ms Magdalena \u017bak.<\/p>\n

\nApart from training and advisory support, Petmex received a number of financial instruments:<\/span>
\n\n<\/p>\n

\n– Wage subsidies for newly hired employees;\n<\/p>\n

\n– A wage subsidy for an employee in exchange for acting as a mentor for other employees;\n<\/p>\n

\n– A wage subsidy for an employee in exchange for acting as a mentor for other employees;\n<\/p>\n

\n– A grant to create a remote workstation;\n<\/p>\n

\n– A grant to adapt an existing workstation to ergonomic requirements;\n<\/p>\n

\n– A grant for health services.\n<\/p>\n

Petmex successfully completed the “Bonus for Business” project. On Thursday, 24 November, a meeting summarising the “Bonus for Business” project was held at the Regional Labour Office in Krak\u00f3w.
